Privacy Policy
Summary
CalorieFit helps you log meals and track weight. We collect account data, meal logs you create, and (when you choose AI capture) food images/text sent to AI providers for nutrition estimates. Health data from Apple Health / Health Connect stays on your device unless you explicitly choose otherwise in a future feature.
Data we process
- Account: email, name, auth provider identifiers, password hash (email accounts)
- Nutrition logs: meals, items, calories/macros, weight entries, goals
- AI inputs: photos or text descriptions you submit for analysis; provider, model, and estimate metadata
- Subscriptions / usage: plan, scan counts, RevenueCat identifiers
- Support: messages you send via in-app feedback
AI processing
When you use AI food analysis, image or text content is transmitted to one or more third-party AI providers (for example Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Perplexity) according to server configuration. Estimates are approximate. Do not rely on them as medical advice.
Your rights
You may delete your account in-app (Profile → Delete Account), which removes your user record and cascaded personal data. Anonymized AI analysis rows may be retained without a user link for quality/abuse prevention.
