By creating an account or using CalorieFit, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Not medical advice
CalorieFit provides wellness and nutrition tracking tools, including AI-generated estimates. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent disease. Consult a qualified professional for medical or dietary advice. Minimum calorie targets in the app are safety heuristics, not personalized clinical prescriptions.
Acceptable use
You will not abuse AI endpoints, attempt to circumvent scan limits, upload unlawful content, or reverse-engineer the service beyond permitted interoperability.
Subscriptions
Paid features are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play via RevenueCat. Trials convert according to store rules unless cancelled. Refunds are handled by the respective store.
Account deletion
You may delete your account in the app. Some anonymized technical records may persist as described in the Privacy Policy.
